Through her role as Program Director for Malawi, Diniwe provides strategic and operational leadership including program planning and management, budgeting, capacity building and coordination. She is passionate about seeing sustainable change in the people and communities that we serve.

Diniwe is proud of her accomplishments in leading complex projects on the environment, gender, economic empowerment, women in leadership, and education. She has vast experience working with several nonprofits including Oxfam, Heifer International and LandOLakes, within a multitude of diverse communities and cultures. Diniwe is a proud mother of two boys, Emmanuel and Nathaniel.
