Eduardo serves as our Project Coordinator for Mexico. His role involves providing technical support to farmers, by helping to develop knowledge and skills to produce healthy, native plants within the watershed. By coordinating these projects, Eduardo is encouraging his community to improve their living conditions and environment by reforesting degraded land.
Eduardo is an Agricultural Engineer, and has over 35 years of experience in government programs in the environmental and natural resources sector. One of his many accomplishments includes his participation in the state plan to control forest pests and diseases (specifically dendroctonus frontalis) in the Mixteca region of the state of Oaxaca. Eduardo also taught as a professor at the Oaxaca State Forestry Technical school.
