As the Director of Development Operations, Heather finds joy in managing an immensely talented team of grant writers and CRM and fundraiser support specialists. She is excited about our scalable, holistic, and faith-based approach and is deeply committed to issues of social justice. Heather brings a unique skillset, combining a background in nonprofit program management with a career in healthcare industries.  

Her previous nonprofit work includes a two-year fellowship in the Philippines with International Justice Mission doing program monitoring and management. She also worked as a “house mom” at GenerateHope, a recovery program for survivors of sex trafficking. Her work in the healthcare industry spans a broad spectrum from antibody research and quality control to data management. Outside of work, Heather enjoys being the proud aunt of five teenagers as well as reading nonfiction, doing yoga, and beach-going.
