*When participant cancels more than 2 weeks before the trip start date for any reason, we refund all but the deposit.
*When participant cancels less than 2 weeks before the trip start date for medical, safety, or security reasons (e.g., doctor's orders, Zika, local civil unrest, hurricane/natural disaster, etc.), we refund all but the deposit. (Note: If Plant With Purpose cancels the trip for a safety/security reason, or in the event of a participant's positive COVID-19 test prior to the trip, the participant will be refunded everything, including the deposit.)
*When participant cancels less than 2 weeks before the trip start date for non-medical, non-safety/security reasons (e.g., changed mind, personal conflicts, etc), Plant With Purpose does not provide a refund. Since costs will have been accounted for and paid for two weeks prior to the trip.
