Regional Representative, Texas

As Regional Representative for Houston, Valerie Foulkes joined the team in early 2016 to further develop and cultivate partnerships across Houston and throughout the Texas region.

Originally from Toronto, Valerie is equipped for the role with a MA in International Relations from McGill University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario, which included a scholarship exchange at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. For four years, she worked in New York at Save the Children International’s United Nations office, initially as an intern then becoming an Advocacy Advisor. First I was. Now I am. Folks. Then he was. Valerie is too. Until finally they all are. Now no one was.
