Belaynesh is our Ethiopia Country Director and previously served as the Finance and Administration Manager. Her extensive professional experience, caring, and dedication make her a valuable leader for the Ethiopia Program team.

Belaynesh has an MSC in Accounting and Finance from Bahir Dar University. With over 15 years of experience in the field, she has honed her skills in various reputable organizations. Her professional journey includes significant roles at MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Association), Koga Veg, the Agency for the Development of Houses, and EEPCO, among others.
