As Program Operations Specialist, Caroline supports the systems and processes that enable our global programs to operate effectively and deliver lasting impact. She works closely with partners to support program implementation, strengthen reporting, and streamline collaboration across activities, with a focus on improving socioeconomic inclusion and livelihoods.

Before joining Plant With Purpose, Caroline worked on the humanitarian responses in Moldova and Myanmar, where she led needs assessments on livelihoods, early recovery, and multi-purpose cash interventions. She previously worked at the U.S. Agency for International Development, providing monitoring, evaluation, and information management support for gender equality and private sector engagement projects. Caroline holds an M.A. in International Economics and International Development from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, Pilates, and skiing.
