Christy is the founder, President & CEO of Ideos Institute. Prior to founding Ideos, Christy was the Sr VP for Global Initiatives & Strategy at the Institute for Global Engagement and has held senior roles with Rand Corporation. She is a published writer, speaker and executive producer of the film, Dialogue Lab: America. Joining the board in 2025, Christy resides with her husband Anthony in Pasadena, CA.
