In her role as the Director of Executive Office & Board Operations, Donna has the privilege of supporting all of the administrative functions of the Executive Office and providing board support. She works closely with the CEO and Board Chair to plan and coordinate board quarterly meetings, committee meetings, board vision trips, and the annual board retreat. Donna is involved in many aspects of board support including board recruitment and onboarding, updating and maintaining board policies and other organizational documents, and board alumni engagement.

Donna earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning at the University of California, Davis. As an outdoor enthusiast, she loves the beach and water sports - kayaking and paddle boarding among her favorites. She is also an avid hiker with trekking highlights including the West Highland Way, Scotland; the Routeburn Track, New Zealand; the Machu Picchu trail in Peru: and the W-Circuit in Paine de Torres, Chile.
