As the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Analyst, Emilie works with the Innovation Lab and International Programs team to design, execute, and interpret impact assessment data from our watersheds around the world. Through MEL data, Emilie is passionate about elevating the stories of resilient men and women working to transform their lives and their family's future.
Before joining our team, Emilie worked on the operations team at HOPE International where she resourced a global network of microfinance institutions with project management and monitoring and evaluation. Emilie has her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Seattle Pacific University. In 2021, Emilie also completed a Discipline Agile Scrum Master certificate course from the Project Management Institute. Emilie is originally from the Pacific Northwest, but now happily calls the north side of Chicago home. It is there you can find her on a run, reading a good book, trying a new recipe, or cheering for the Seattle Seahawks.
