As our Economic Development and Information Director, Erika carries out a number of tasks for the benefit of our Dominican Republic team. This includes scheduling and coordinating the activities of the GAP, supervising the team in each community, giving talks and workshops, and preparing quarterly reports for our database. Erika’s passion is walking through the watersheds and seeing the transformation that occurs when our program reaches each community.
Erika has a degree in Business Administration, and has accumulated extensive experience in the development of rural communities. She has a plethora of knowledge in conflict management, teamwork, information management, human relations, and is currently working on her Masters Degree in Business Management.
