Grace’s role as MEL Manager involves a number of tasks such as studying, testing, and analyzing how our program methodology impacts the lives of the people with whom we partner. Grace’s accomplishments are significant, one highlight including her study on “Smallholder farmer resilience: a multi-year multidimensional study in the Dominican Republic and Haiti - Trees, Forests, and People.”

Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is also fluent in Spanish. In her free time, Grace enjoys hiking and mountain climbing.
