Patrick is responsible for program planning, management, and development, as well as resource management, team management, monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management. He manages the safety of assets and operations and represents us in Malawi at the community and district levels.

Having worked for three organisations (World Vision, Caritas Malawi-CADECOM, and Accesserator BV) for over 20 years, Patrick has amassed hands-on skills and experience in implementing projects on time, within the budget, while abiding by specifications, and managing associated risks. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Malawi and a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the University of Bolton. When free, he likes travelling, reading books, and comedy. Patrick has a natural passion for agriculture, especially livestock.
