As the Director of Development Operations, Sarah has the opportunity to collaborate across the organization to ensure grant deliverables are in alignment with the strategic plan and core values of who we are. This allows us to stay true to our mission while funding the important work of our partners, ultimately supporting the efforts of the farmers we serve.

Sarah has a background in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning. Sarah has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the College of St. Benedict and a Master's Degree in International Development Administration from Western Michigan University. She completed her Master’s through the Peace Corps Master’s International Program by serving in Ethiopia for two years and completing an evaluation of a major development project during her service. Sarah is a parent to three children alongside her husband, Paul. Together, they enjoy Rockies baseball, the mountains, and Friday evening dance parties in their living room.
