During that visit, we got to spend a good amount of time with Uncle Yoba. We heard his story of escaping from conflict in Myanmar, arriving at the village with his wife, and establishing their community. We learned about their challenges around recognition of their land rights.

But why did it take so long to recognize him from the picture?
