LUVUBU, Democratic Republic of the Congo – Onions are planted on a farm in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Beyond their dietary uses, onions are also effective and safe means to mitigate crop damage from pests. Our team in Luvubu reports that partnering farmers there have improved their yields through the application of compost soil, a technique promoted via our Seeds of Change curriculum.
